Green-Teresa

The crocheted hats have been selling pretty well; one person sees them, then tells someone else, etc. I have had several requests for a specific color or style, and was able to fill them quickly. Hope to post pictures this week. While I will continue to make the simple hats if requested, I am really wanting to make some that are more interesting. Probably take longer to sell, but will feel more creative.

I decided to crochet some hats. The pattern was...no pattern; a make-it-up-as-you-go. The yarns were all acrylic, and quite inexpensive. Not very soft, but easy to experiment with. I want to design a nice slouchy beret/tam style. After looking all over the web, I found many, many patterns. What I didn't find was basic instructions that could be altered for hook size, yarn type, and pattern variations. That is my current quest. I will post pictures of the experiments along the way!
